Yeah thats a 100% ET league. Last time CB tried to play ET again without regular scrimming and practice it didn't turn out very pretty. We got slaughtered in almost every match accept maybe ONE (which we lost but should have won). I'm game if you guys are though however i'm more interested in turning our talents and skills towards a possible RTCW League. _________________

As much as I love ET dearly, I know that more than half the people who still play the game are hackers. Some of the people running wocen were affiliated with hackers or ones themselves so I really don't hold any trust in their league tbh.

Its possible in a few months STA will be back in the forefront of the ET Competition. Were currently redesigning our website (seriously this time) can't say much more than that but its gonna be pretty awesome. _________________

I'll play in an RTCW tourny as well, I just don't enjoy it near as much as I do ET. Unfortunately I believe you Gryg. I wish there were someway to mitigate that. Maybe if I understood how those people are cheating or subverting the current anti-cheats I could use a portion of my skills to contribute to said mitigation. With STA at the forefront, would there possibly be more strict enforcement of fair play?

The only option is a 3rd party program such as CAL AC (shit) Bad Apple (pain in the ass), etc. There are hacks for every game that get around punkbuster and pbss...it's a sad state gaming has become. _________________

Indeed Bo, but one of the huge differences between hacking in ET and hacking in another game is if by chance you do get caught, in ET you're back to playing again with another alias and hardly any way to track that given the ease of generating new GUIDs.

Shit with all the stolen keys, keygens, etc. that don't matter much either, just the select few that do one and not the other. _________________
