Team Cross Breed made a small return to its roots again when TWL hosted the short but sweet RTCW 2012 Mayan Apocalypse Tournament in late January of 2010. That following February TWL even attempted to host an unprecedented 14th season of OSP! The move made plenty of headlines with the return of almost 14 teams, but the season was cut short by lack of support & TWL to keep a season running for 8 weeks & forfeits. Despite the cancelation of the short lived Season #14 TWL threw together a RTCW Ladder which was active up until June of 2010.

Team Cross Breed in true RTCW 4 LIFE fashion threw together a roster and competed in TWL’s Tournament, the short lived OSP Season #14 & even played a few RTCW Ladder matches. Team Cross Breed along with several other old school teams and old school players that the short lived revival brought back had a blast and wished it would have lasted longer but any chance to play RTCW again too many was a blessing and a true treat! While we didn’t win a single match again in RTCW’s short return, we were very competitive, losing to Team Vote 3-1 & Penis in a Box (old school RTCW & ET Players) 3-1, and also competed against The Birdz & Total Havoc. Our short lived return to RTCW lasted four total matches + plenty of pubbing and strategizing. LOL! GG’s RTCW <3

Note: I know this is like old news to most but I found it important to finally post this once we had some appropriate graphics designed for the website, plus I found it fitting since Team Cross Breed really was born from this great game of RTCW and were very quickly closing in on our 10 year anniversary as a team!

Team Cross Breed’s BC2 Division has been busy as of late, first joining TGL’s 4v4 Squad Rush Season #1, and competing in TWL’s 4v4 Squad Rush Ladder. On top of joining TGL and TWL competition our BC2 Team has been busy recruiting a solid base of players whom will form our core group of players in these current endeavors and into the future competitive events we join. Joining our current BC2 Division of Tallen, Skippy, Bo, Disco, Sluga, Blue, NoAim, and Virus047 are the new faces of 2Spun, Truck, Rev, Laserr, and a host of other players who have started to fill in the voids and make our BC2 Division even more talented. This mix of new blood and old vets has created some “bad company”. Our team’s current goal is to not worry about wins or loses but to create a solid core group of players to prepare ourselves for 8v8 competition and other 4v4 Seasons. TWL and TGL provide the perfect proving ground to test our skills. 

Despite our team’s main focus this early on in the season our BC2 Division is slowly turning some heads in our camp, going 1-1 in TGL’s Preseason and posting a 4-2 Record with two weeks of the regular season to go. The BC2 Division also has posted an impressive 4-1 record in TWL’s 4v4 Ladder. Weekly scrimming and lots of practice time individually have really fueled our team’s recent success. We look forward to the final two weeks of the regular season in TGL’s 4v4 League and will continue to seek out more competitive outlets in the future for our ever evolving BC2 Division. GL HF!

Team Cross Breed in cooperation with Monster Force is announcing the formation of its newest competitive division, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (BC2). The game is the latest title in a long line of Battlefield series games and this one proves to be the best one yet. The BC2 Division will be Team Cross Breed’s first attempt at a Battlefield series game and we know there’s going to be a lot of hard work needed to get ready for competition.

In an effort to quickly overcome any learning curve needed, CB’s BC2 division has already been scrimming and practicing hard over the last few weeks. Bocephus, Tallen and Virus047 will join the BC2 roster from the ET:QW Division and NoAim comes from the ET Division. Joining the CB Veterans will be new comers Weapuh, McSkippy and DiscoBiscuit. Alongside these players will be Blue Wolverine and SlugaMunky from {MoFo} to round out our current roster. We also plan to recruit 2-3 players during the next few weeks to finalize our roster for future 8v8 competition. If you are interested please see our forums for more details!

Team Cross Breed will be competing in the upcoming 4v4 Squad Rush League in TGL as well as keeping an active roster in TWL’s 4v4 Squad Rush Ladders. In the future Team Cross Breed’s BC2 Division plans to expand into the 8v8 format and compete in other leagues and competitive outlets.
