Team Cross Breed’s ET:QW Division finished the regular season of STA with a 2-4 loss to Silent Service. The match was hard fought but Silent Service proved too much for a CB’s ET:QW Division, despite a solid showing on Ark (CB’s Best ET:QW Map). Silent Service won Round #1 on Sewer despite a long hold and some decent offence by the ET:QW Division. Team Cross Breed won Round #2 on Ark by holding Silent Service on the first stage for 20 minutes and evening the score at 1-1 with a nice offensive display in the second set. Silent Service finished the night by setting a quick time on FAST Valley and holding CB on the first stage for the remainder of the match.

The loss put CB’s final regular season record at 2-6 overall. With the playoffs next week this is most likely Team Cross Breed’s last romp in the post season in NA ET:QW Competition. Even after the loss, Team Cross Breed still had cause for optimism; as CB was awarded the #5 seed out of 6 teams remaining in STA. GL HF!

With the ET:QW Competitive Community dwindling to just a hand full of a teams in TGL and STA, the Team Cross Breed ET:QW Division still finds cause for optimism despite such a bleak outlook. Victories over Jerky Boys in STA and [FI] in TGL boosted CB’s standings in both leagues to 2-4 records respectively. While a 2-4 record might not be anything special to write home about, optimism is found in the fact that the ET:QW Division is still having a good time and enjoying the matches played together in what’s most likely the last season of ET:QW Competition within Team Cross Breed.

While the future might hold more competition in NA ET:QW, its almost certain that Team Cross Breed’s ET:QW Division will be closing shop after this season concludes in time for Wolfenstein 2 to be released and most efforts switched towards that competitive outlet. While not 100% certain, it’s very possible these final few weeks of STA and TGL will be the ET:QW Divisions last in ET:QW Competition. This week they face off against One Shot (1) in STA and Jerky Boys in TGL! GL HF to both teams and GL to all the remaining teams in competition as teams gear up towards the playoffs.

Team Cross Breed’s ET:QW Division will be competing in STA and TGL’s future Season’s of ET:QW Competition this Summer in what is slated to be one of the last seasons of ET:QW. TGL has returned from the grave and will be hosting another season of ET:QW Competition in full support of the 6v6 Format that is much beloved by NA Competition. STA will again return with its 4^th Season of competition, TGL will be hosting its 3^rd.

Team Cross Breed returns much of the same lineup from last season and looks to build upon our success of late. Killa_Nip, Ducnow, and Bocephus return to boost our strength and continue to give our ET:QW Division the experience needed to see this season has more success than last season! Tallen, RevTUBE and Virus047 round out the returning players. The additions will be SlugaMunky, LubeKing and Ascend! This season should be one of the most competitive in the history of ET:QW and with the return of TGL should be one of the best yet! With RTCW2 on the way it’s sure to be an exciting finish to a great game! GL HF!

Wolfenstein will be released August 4^th 2009, to the PC and gaming consoles simultaneously in North America!  The much anticipated sequel to Return To Castle Wolfenstein will be released to a VERY hungry and devoted fan base who eagerly await the arrival of this game. The game will feature a very fast paced Single Player and a Multiplayer that should treat new and old Wolfenstein fans alike to something very special!

Team Cross Breed is looking forward to the games release and looks forward to competing in any future Leagues and Tournaments that will no doubt be numerous in supply!
